HOME MADE POTATO CHIPS

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Russet potatoes
  • Cooking Spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Others seasoning to taste

 

 

Steps

 

  1. Coat tray with cooking spray
  2. Thinly slice potatoes with a mandolin
  3. Lay flat, not overlapping, on tray
  4. Season to taste
  5. Air fry at 360° for 15 min.

 

 

DIJON BAKED SALMON

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Salmon filets
  • Mayo
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon zest
  • Dill

 

Steps

 

  1. Combine mayo, mustard, zest, and dill in bowl; mix until incorporated
  2. Spread thin layer of mixture on top of salmon filets
  3. Bake at 375° for 18-20 min.
